111 Call Handler
I feel my role is challenging but enjoyable and I am proud to be a part of the NHS 111 service. Every call I take is different, you never know what is coming up next, so you never get bored and the work doesn’t feel repetitive. Knowing that you’re helping someone, in the best possible way you can, is very rewarding and something I really enjoy doing!
